Fiat Ducato Motorhome Alarm Fitted

In Car Advancements installed a Thatcham Cat 1 alarm to a Fiat Ducato motor home. This gives the owner piece of mind for his insurance and when leaving the vehicle. The alarm protects the doors, bonnet and the vehicles interior via ultrasonic sensors these can be seen in the photo above. The LED we mounted by the drivers side speaker so the LED is nice and easy to see by the user. And the LED is visible to thieves walking past the vehicle, knowing its protected. The alarm has remote controls which lock and unlock the doors due to the vehicle only having key operated central door locking before. So we linked the alarm into the original locking system and it now works sleekly with the alarm system.

The siren was fitted in a hard to access area in the engine bay meaning it can't be attacked from under the vehicle. If the wiring is cut or damaged the siren will trigger instantly and keep sounding due to it's internal battery back up meaning it will run on its own internal power.
